You’ve finally made the decision and completed your order! Now, of course, you'd prefer to receive your items yesterday. We understand that, and that’s why we do our best to deliver as many items from stock as possible, so your order is usually delivered the next day. On each product page, you will find reliable real-time stock information or the delivery time when it's not in stock in our own warehouse just above the shopping cart button.

In The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over €49.
For smaller orders, we charge only a €4.95 shipping fee.
We ship depending on your package and delivery address with the following carriers: PostNL, DHL, or DPD.
For Belgium, we usually use DPD, in the Netherlands we use PostNL or DHL, and for Germany, we usually ship with DHL.
We apply a single shipping rate for all shipments.
We always ship letterbox packages with track & trace, unless otherwise agreed.
Normally, a shipment will be offered at least once. Depending on the carrier, another delivery attempt will be made, or the package will be taken to a pickup point.
If all products are in stock and your order is completed by 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same business day. In the Netherlands, you’ll almost always have it the next day (except on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays).

In The Netherlands, orders are almost always delivered the next day (except on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays). However, please keep in mind that sometimes things can go wrong on our end and/or with the carrier, causing your package to be delayed. So if it’s crucial that your package arrives on time, order well in advance.

In Belgium and Western Germany, the delivery time is 2-3 days (except Sundays and public holidays).
In Eastern Germany, the delivery time can extend to 3-4 days (except Sundays and public holidays).
You will always receive a track & trace link to follow the delivery.
Orders are shipped 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday (by 4:00 PM).
We are also available on weekends (limited hours). Check our contact & opening hours.
Every order from Kenners is shipped with a track & trace link, allowing you to track the delivery and the delivery time. You will receive the track & trace link by email from the carrier once they’ve picked up the package from our warehouse.
The link usually becomes active after the package is processed in the carrier’s first depot (usually overnight). The next morning, the track & trace link should show an active status. If this is not the case, you can contact us.
You’ve placed your order, the money has been deducted, but you haven’t received an order confirmation from us yet? That’s not our intention. We automatically send out our confirmations. In this article, we explain what could have gone wrong and how we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Did you miss the carrier’s delivery? Don’t panic! Open the track & trace link you received from us and check the status. Most carriers provide options to give new delivery instructions or drop the package at a nearby pickup point. Some carriers only attempt delivery once and will send the package directly to a pickup point.Contact the carrier’s customer service first for the most accurate information and current options. The carrier’s contact details can be found on the track & trace page. Keep the track & trace code handy when calling or emailing the carrier.
For deliveries in the Netherlands, we automatically check that the delivery address has been entered correctly (including postcode and house number). For all other countries (including Belgium and Germany), you are responsible for the accuracy of the details. If a shipment fails due to an incorrect delivery address, we will recalculate the shipping costs for the new shipment.
Orders from €98 can be sent in up to two partial deliveries upon request.
Smaller orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany will only be split on request, with a €4.95 contribution to the shipping costs. Other countries are not eligible for partial delivery.
It may happen that we cannot process your request for partial delivery in time, especially during the evening hours, weekends, and busy times. Please keep this in mind when ordering and checking out multiple products with different delivery times. You can always contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities. We are always happy to help.
Pick up is possible at our central warehouse in Capelle aan den IJssel. Below you will find the address and the rules.
